What sizes are available?
All prints are available in A4 (210×297mm), A3 (297×420mm), A2 (420×594mm), and A1 (594×841mm). Canvas prints are available as a premium tier — contact us for canvas pricing and sizing options.
What is giclée printing?
Giclée (pronounced "zhee-klay") is a fine art printing process using archival pigment inks on acid-free paper. It's the same process used by galleries and museums to produce high-quality reproductions. Prints are rated for 80–100+ years without fading under normal conditions.
Are these limited editions?
We're exploring numbered limited editions in runs of 50 per size — this adds collector value and keeps each work meaningful. Details will be noted on individual print listings as they're introduced.
Are originals available?
Originals may be listed separately. Reach out via the contact page to ask about a specific work.
What paper is used?
All prints are produced on acid-free, archival fine art paper. The exact stock may vary slightly by piece — if you'd like to know the specific paper for a print, get in touch.
Where do you ship?
We ship to New Zealand and Australia. International shipping is available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll sort out the best option.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production, then standard shipping time on top. NZ orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Australia 8–12 business days.
How are prints packaged?
Smaller prints (A4/A3) are rolled in a protective archival tube. Larger prints (A2/A1) are either tubed or flat-packed depending on the order. We take packaging seriously — your print arrives ready to frame.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on print size and destination. We work with a trusted NZ supplier who ships directly to you.
Can I return my print?
Because prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay. All prices are in NZD.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
